Olivier is a farmhouse with a barn conversion with a wonderful view of the Pyrenees on clear days. Olivier is tucked away in a peaceful farming area, but just 3 miles out of Aurignac and 2 miles from the small village of Cassagnabère-Tournas. Olivier is a one hour drive south west of Toulouse (EasyJet or BA).

Olivier can cater for up to 12 people. The old farmhouse has:
- 3 twin bedrooms downstairs
- one upstairs twin / double bedroom
- living room
- two shower rooms (1 down, 1 up)
- utility room with a washing machine
Continuous with the old house (2 internal steps) is the barn conversion with:
- a large open plan space that includes the kitchen (with dishwasher), dining and living areas
- 2 master en-suite double bedrooms above
(We find having two separate living spaces is great for family groups with teenagers who want to hang out away from the adults.)
We have broadband WiFi that covers both main living areas and the covered barn. We have a travel cot and a high chair available on request.
The three upstairs bedrooms have air conditioning. (The stone-walled downstairs of the house can be cooled in extreme heat by closing the blinds and curtains.)
Outside is a covered barn for shade and outdoor eating, with a barbecue.
We have a 13m x 6m swimming pool with double shallow ends (perfect for water volleyball) and plenty of poolside space. The pool is fenced, with a child resistant gate.
We have a table tennis table, a badminton set and boules. We have a good collection of holiday books and indoor games. We can make some bikes available, by arrangement. There is plenty of outside space for kids to play. The lower part of the site is on a slope, and toddlers would need to be supervised on the site.
The forest along the lane is good for casual strolls or for bike rides, with off road bike trails. The nearest restaurant is 200 yards up the road!
Olivier is close to the small town of Aurignac, with all the usual shops shops and cafes.
We have plenty of parking space. We have a trickle charger for electric cars – please let us know as there is a cost only charge for this.
Olivier is a non smoking site. We cannot accommodate pets.
