Bookings are normally in weekly blocks, from 4pm on a Saturday to 10am on the final Saturday. (There may be some flexibility out of high season – please check with us.) We do not normally take bookings in the winter.
The pool will be closed in low season.

A couple of weeks before your booking we will agree arrangements for keys with you. This may be:
- Direct handover when you arrive
- Or we have a key safe attached to the side of our gatepost. We will let you know the code separately.
- (Or, if necessary, sent in the post, normally at least 1 week before you travel)
- There will be a key for the padlock on the gate
- There will be a key for the main glazed barn door
We will provide bed linen, bathroom towels and hand towels (unless you wish to bring your own for a cost discount), however please bring your own pool towels.

There is a general information pack at Olivier, which also has some simple instructions regarding the pool. The pool maintenance technician will call in once a week (often on a Monday – white van) and someone may come to mow the lawns during your stay if this cannot be done during a changeover.
Olivier has the normal arrangements for a self catering gite – there are details of shops in the guide pack.
On departure please strip the top sheets, duvet covers and top pillowcases and leave them in the rooms. Please place all towels in the downstairs shower room on the raised ledge.
We rely on our guests leaving the property as they find it, clean and tidy. Please sweep through and take all refuse to the bins along the road. Thanks!
